HERE'S WHAT MY CLIENTS ARE SAYING...
"Working with Joy on our wedding invitations was, in a word, delightful. I planned my Michigan wedding from across the globe (Kuwait, to be exact) and finding invitations was by FAR the most frustrating part of the process - until, after literally months of searching and coming up empty-handed, I stumbled upon Joy's website.
From there, the entire process became not only a breeze, but FUN! I was so pleasantly suprised to find that she would DESIGN something unique especially for us - and when I saw what she had come up with, I was head-over-heels in love with it. I continued to ask Joy to design things for us - from the programs, to the table numbers, to the escort cards, and then the thank you notes - and I was consistently impressed with not only her design but her incredible customer service. Being separated by eight time zones had been a problem for some vendors, but not Joy - she always replied very promptly to my emails and was very flexible with our situation. In the end, my husband and I definitely agreed that she was, by far, our favorite wedding vendor - it wasn't even a contest! I honestly could go on and on about how amazing she was, but I'll end with this - as long as Joy owns Joyful! Designs, we'll be customers!!"

"Joy, just thought you’d get a kick out of this …one of my coworkers told me today that she just saw my invitation for the 19th. (Obviously, I sent those out 2 weeks ago.) Apparently her 6 year old daughter got into the mail & opened it up before mom got home. She thought it was so beautiful that she took it to her room and put it up on her "wall for special pictures". So the moral of the story… even children know good design when they see it."
